I am a global nomad and this triggers the nucleus of my work. With each new adventure, I find new inspiration. My artwork manifests from my daily experiences and I allow myself to embrace or let go of each experience by sharing a piece of it with others. My wish is that the observer might be able to pull their own experience from each piece.
Born in Stavanger, Norway, and growing up surrounded by the icy fjords and mountains reminded me that there was always a new adventure to be had just over the next mountain or path. I am now lucky enough to have an atelier at the NDSM Treehouse in Amsterdam Noord.
